SHIPPING AND EXCHANGE

D&M Collection and Nizami Jewelry do not provide options for 'Exchange' or 'Returns' for any of their products.

However, products purchased from our website can be exchanged within 48 hours only if:
1. The exchange request is made within the specified time frame.
2. The item is faulty, damaged, or defective upon delivery.
3. The received product is different from the original order.
4. Any components like price tags, labels, or original packaging are missing from the package.

In such instances, Please email pictures of the defective item to mydmcollection@gmail.com or call at [832-978-5834, 832-844-9515] within 48 hours after receiving the order to initiate a dispute. D&M Collection and Nizami Jewelry Designs Limited will assess each dispute on an individual basis and strive to be fair to both parties.

Once we receive the item, our team will review the damage. Once the dispute is resolved fairly, a replacement of equivalent value for the product listed in the invoice will be issued. It will be sent along with the customer's next order.

For exchanges, the customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs.

Please note that discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Additionally, once unstitched articles are stitched, they will not be considered for return.

Lastly, wedding wear and couture dresses cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.
