4. Any components are missing from the package, including price tags, labels, original packaging, etc.

- To initiate an exchange request, kindly email images of the defective item to mydmcollection@gmail.com or call at [832-978-5834, 832-844-9515] within 48 hours of order delivery. Our team will review each dispute individually and ensure fairness to both parties. Upon settling the dispute, we will provide a replacement for the mentioned product in the invoice or issue a coupon of equivalent value that can be used for purchasing from D&M Collection and Nizami Jewelry within the next 20 days.
- Please note that disputes will only be considered within 48 hours of order delivery.
- The buyer/customer/order maker assumes full responsibility for purchases made in good faith, without intent of fraudulent activity. The buyer is solely responsible for all selections made (articles/dresses/products).
- D&M Collection and Nizami Jewelry may share marketing offers such as newsletters and catalogs (e.g. email address, wish lists, name, postal address). Personal accounts can be created at D&M Collection and Nizami Jewelry (e.g. name, number, email address).
